Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Secretary to support the daily operations of our fencing business. This is a key role in helping our company run smoothly and professionally. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a big part in keeping our jobs on track.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Input job details and work orders into our scheduling and management system
- Order materials and supplies from vendors
- Call and follow up with customers
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and job installations
- Maintain and update the job calendar for crews
- Track employee work hours and submit reports for payroll
- Update material pricing weekly to keep estimates accurate
- Assist with filing, document prep, and other general office tasksappointment.

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Foreman who knows construction and can take charge of fence installation projects from start to finish. This role requires leadership, hands-on skills, and the ability to manage a crew efficiently while ensuring high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew in installing various types of fences (wood, vinyl, chain link, metal, etc.)
- Read and follow job layouts, measurements, and site plans
- Ensure work meets company standards and safety guidelines
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with customers on job site when needed
- Train and guide laborers during installations
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Track daily job progress and submit reports or photos
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong background in general construction or fencing
- Leadership experience running small crews
- Ability to read measurements and operate equipment (augers, nail guns, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting posts, mixing concrete, and installing fence materials
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fencing equipment
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Clean up job sites and maintain a safe work area
- Follow instructions from the Foreman and work as part of a team
- Work in all weather conditions
- Read and follow job layouts, measurements, and site plans
- Ensure work meets company standards and safety guidelines
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with customers on job site when needed
- Train and guide laborers during installations
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
