Customer Responsibilities
- Regular fence maintenance including keeping vegetation trimmed away
- Ensuring proper drainage to avoid standing water at base of posts
- Immediate reporting of any visible issues or structural changes
- Saving proof of purchase and invoice for warranty validation
Warranty Exclusions
- Acts of God: natural disasters, high winds, flooding, earthquakes
- Vandalism or intentional damage
- Use of unapproved cleaning agents or power washing
- Modifications or repairs by anyone not authorized by [Your Company Name]
- Damage from objects attached to fence (lights, signs, heavy decorations)
- Soil erosion, poor drainage, or root systems shifting fence structure
- Normal weathering of unstained/untreated wood (e.g., graying, cracking)
- Insect or animal damage
Legal Limitations
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of affected fence sections. We are not liable for incidental or
consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or time off work. Warranty
is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Acceptance of warranty services implies agreement to these terms. All legal disputes must be resolved under
the jurisdiction and laws of the state in which service was provided.
Claim Procedure
- Email Admin@GetYourFenceOn.com with your name, address, and invoice number
- Attach clear photos of the affected area(s)
- Claims must be submitted during the warranty period
- We will respond within 3 business days with next steps

Warranty Tier Options (For Reference Only - One Tier Applies Per Job)
We offer several levels of warranty coverage depending on the project and package selected.
These tiers help protect your investment and allow us to guarantee long-term satisfaction.
Available Tiers:
• 1-Year Workmanship Warranty (Basic)
- Covers: Nail pops, loose pickets, minor sagging.
- Included with basic packages.
• 3-Year Standard Fence Warranty
- Covers: Installation defects, post shifting, loose sections.
- Standard offering for most builds.
• 3-Year Premium + Stain Warranty
- Adds: 1-year stain coverage (fading, peeling, flaking) in addition to 3-Year coverage.
• 5-Year Extended Warranty
- Comprehensive structural/workmanship coverage for 5 years.
Add-On: Transferable Warranty
- Allows coverage to be transferred to a new homeowner (optional).
