How long does the estimate take?
Most onsite estimates take about 15 to 20 minutes from the time we arrive. During that window, we walk the property, take measurements , snap photos where useful, and listen to what you have in mind for the project. If you have questions, plans, or sketches ready, we will go over them on the spot so nothing is left guessing. You do not need to block off more than half an hour for us unless you want extra time to talk through design or material options.
What should I have ready?
Very little, honestly. It helps to know roughly where your property lines sit, but we handle all the precise measuring ourselves once we arrive. A recent survey is useful if you have one on file, though it is not required and we can work from the markers or landmarks you show us. If you have a design idea, a rough sketch, or reference photos, bring them out and we will work them into the quote.
Is there any pressure to buy?
Absolutely not, and that is a genuine promise, not a sales line. We walk the job, listen to what you want, and leave with enough information to put together a clean written quote for you to review on your own time. There are no high pressure close attempts , no “today only” pricing games, and no follow up nagging if you decide to go a different direction. In the Kansas City area, we work in Missouri communities and Kansas cities such as Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee and Leawood. What fence types do you install?
We install wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, composite, ornamental steel, steel privacy, and farm fencing in a wide range of styles and heights. We handle residential, agricultural, and light commercial projects, and we can match most existing fence styles if you are repairing or extending.
