PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle your information

Get Your Fence On LLC (“Get Your Fence On,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website getyourfenceon.com (the “Site”) and provides fence installation and related services in Missouri and Kansas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It works together with our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.

By using the Site, requesting an estimate, booking an appointment, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you submit directly, including when you:

Request a quote or estimate, or book an appointment;

Fill out a form or contact us by phone, text, or email;

Sign or initial documents (for example, a proposal or installation agreement);

Make a payment or deposit.

This may include your name, mailing/project address, email address, phone number, fence type and project details, and other information you choose to share.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5 ).

c. Payment Information

Payments and deposits are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe . We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on our own systems. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

d. Text Message (SMS) Program Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record. See Section 4 for how we use this information.

e. Information We Do Not Seek

We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers (beyond what Stripe processes for payment), or health information. Please do not send us this kind of information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, estimates, and scheduling;

Perform, manage, and follow up on fence installation and related services;

Process payments and deposits;

Send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and (with consent) marketing;

Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

Comply with our legal, tax, and contractual obligations;

Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or misuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information only as needed to run our business, with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers acting on our behalf - currently including our customer-relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our payment processor (Stripe), our document and e-signature provider (PandaDoc), and our website hosting and security providers;

Advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta) that help us measure and deliver ads;

Professional advisors (for example, accounting or legal) where appropriate;

Authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Get Your Fence On, our customers, or others.

The list of service providers above is current as of the “Last Updated” date. We maintain an internal record of our current providers and review it periodically; this Policy is updated when our providers materially change.

Some jurisdictions treat the use of advertising and analytics technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) for targeted advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your information for money, but if you wish to limit this kind of advertising-related sharing, you can use the cookie and ad controls described in Section 5 , your browser’s privacy settings, or a recognized opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control where supported.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) - Consent and Opt-Out

We send text messages only to numbers that have opted in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts - for example, by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by asking us to text you. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

If you opt in, we may send texts related to your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and (where you have agreed) promotions.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the number or email in Section 14 .

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information about your consent to receive text messages is not shared with any third parties or affiliates. We share data with the service providers described in Section 3 only as needed to deliver the messaging service itself.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other communications (such as email or phone calls) about your project.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. These fall into general categories:

Essential - needed for the Site to function; always active.

Analytics - help us understand how the Site is used.

Advertising - support measurement and delivery of ads, and may include tools such as the Meta Pixel.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly. You can also manage certain cookies through your device or browser controls, through tools offered by the advertising platforms, and through a recognized opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control where supported.

Website analytics choices: our Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Reject analytics leaves this tracker off. Use Analytics choices in the footer to change your selection. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keeps this tracker off even if a previous selection allowed it.

We remember this choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page and may need to be made again. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from requesting an estimate. When you withdraw analytics consent, we stop this tracker and remove its accessible first-party cookies; this does not erase information previously received by Google.

When accepted, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_RCYLBQ11TB cookies to measure website visits and actions. This installation limits cookie lifetime to 180 days, does not enable advertising personalization, and excludes form values and private payment routes from its events.

The Analytics choices control applies to our website Google Analytics installation. Embedded forms, booking, chat, address assistance and security services use separate provider technology and may load their own resources or storage. It does not serve as a universal switch for third-party services or as consent to marketing messages. Review the separate consent statements when using a form.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, complete a project, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We generally retain project and transaction records for the period required by applicable tax, contract, and limitations law, then delete or de-identify the information.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

Access the personal information we hold about you;

Correct inaccurate information;

Delete information, subject to legal and recordkeeping limits;

Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP);

Limit advertising-related sharing using the controls in Section 5 .

To make a request, email us at Admin@GetYourFenceOn.com with your name, the email or phone number associated with your information, and a description of your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time). To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

9. State Privacy Rights

If you reside in a state that grants specific consumer-privacy rights, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and opting out of certain processing or targeted advertising. Contact us using the information in Section 14 and we will honor the rights that apply to you under the law of your state.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Where We Operate

Our Site and services are intended for users in the United States, and we serve projects in Missouri and Kansas. We do not direct our services to users outside the United States.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as a notice on the Site. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
